This refund policy applies to all services and products offered on the naveogroup.com website, published by NAVEO.
Our goal is to ensure a transparent and fair relationship with all of our clients, while respecting current French legislation.

 

Consulting, mediation or professional support services constitute personalized services within the meaning of Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
In this capacity:

• They do not give rise to reimbursement once the service has started or been planned, except in exceptional cases duly justified (e.g. billing error or major impediment of the service provider).

• In the event of cancellation more than 72 hours before the scheduled date, NAVEO may offer a postponement free of charge or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

• In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the service, no refund will be made.

NAVEO remains available to find an amicable solution in the event of an exceptional situation.

 

In accordance with regulations, digital products accessible immediately after purchase (download or online access) cannot be refunded, except:

• technical error preventing access to the product,

• content not in accordance with the description published on the site.

In these cases, the customer must contact contact@naveogroup.com within 7 days of purchase, specifying the nature of the problem. A verification will be carried out and a refund may be issued if the claim is justified.

 

Refunds are made:

• via the same payment method as that used when ordering,

• within a maximum of 14 working days after validation of the right to reimbursement.

No cash or voucher refunds will be offered without customer agreement.
